Why is my workspace read-only?
Your plan isn't active — usually the trial ended without a payment method, a payment failed, or the subscription was canceled. Your data is safe and fully visible; edits and generation pause until an admin updates billing. See Read-only mode.
My invite link expired — what do I do?
Invitations don't stay open indefinitely. Ask an admin to revoke the old invitation and send a fresh one from the invitation row's menu, then use the new link. See Invite your team.
Do pending invites cost money?
No. A pending invitation isn't a seat and is never billed. You're only charged for people who have accepted and are active. See How seats are counted.
Who counts as a seat?
Every active person — admins and members alike. That's why your seat count can be higher than the number of members in the directory.
Can admins do member work?
Yes. Admins are full users: they can be assigned programs and use the same tools members do, on top of their admin abilities.
