Spark
Chat with Spark to map, review, and edit your team's workflows, with a live canvas beside the conversation.
Spark is an AI chat that helps admins turn how their team works into clear, visual workflows. Describe a process in plain language, or paste an existing document, and Spark drafts it as a step-by-step workflow you can refine, share, and reuse.
Spark is in beta and rolling out to admins — it may not be available in your workspace yet. It can make mistakes, so review what it produces before relying on it.
What you can do with Spark
You talk to Spark in a normal chat. As it works, a live canvas opens next to the conversation and updates instantly with every change — so you can watch a workflow take shape and step in by hand at any time.
Spark can help you:
- Build a new workflow — describe a process in a sentence, or paste an SOP, runbook, or process document, and Spark drafts it as connected steps.
- See what you already have — ask it to list your workflows and give a short read on each.
- Read and edit a workflow — open one, rename it, add or update steps, connect or disconnect steps, and review how the pieces fit together.
- Audit your steps — ask Spark to check how each step is classified and flag anything that looks off.
Each step in a workflow is one of four types — a person doing the work, a person working alongside an AI tool, an autonomous agent, or an automated script or job. Spark uses these types as it builds and can help you correct them.
Spark focuses on workflows. If you ask it for something outside that — general research or writing, or company questions unrelated to your workflows — it will say so and steer back.
A few things to know
- Deleting a whole workflow, and publishing or unpublishing, are done on the canvas, not through chat. Spark will tell you this if you ask.
- Removing a step needs your confirmation. Spark shows a confirmation card and only removes the step when you approve it.
- Tools attach only when your workspace already tracks them. If Spark mentions a tool your workspace doesn't have yet, it lets you know so an admin can add it and try again.
Your chat history
Your Spark conversations are private to you. Past chats live in a conversation list where you can search, rename, and delete them, and your most recent chats appear in the navigation so you can pick up where you left off.
Getting started
Open Spark from the top of the admin navigation, then describe a task your team does often — Spark will turn it into a workflow you can build on.
