What is TalentOS?
A short overview of TalentOS, its workspace model, and the admin/member split.
TalentOS is a workspace for teams that want to turn AI adoption into visible, structured work. In one place, your team can run AI-powered workflows, follow structured skill programs, and get reviewed or coached on real submissions.
TalentOS has two main experiences:
- Admin workspace for owners and operators who set up the workspace, invite people, create departments, assign programs, share workflows, review submissions, and manage billing.
- Member workspace for everyone doing the work. Members see the programs assigned to them, the workflows shared with them, their home view, and their personal settings.
Every member belongs to a department. Departments are how work, goals, and progress are grouped, so an admin creates at least one department before inviting members.
Managers sit inside the member experience. A manager is a member who has been given oversight of a department, so they can see progress for the department they manage.
The point is not to track course completion for its own sake. TalentOS helps teams see whether people can actually apply AI in real workflows, checkpoints, and reviews.
