The plans
Prices are in USD. Yearly billing charges the yearly amount for each paid seat.

On yearly billing, Team works out to $16 per seat per month and Business to $32. The billed amounts are $192 and $384 per seat per year.
What changes by plan
- Free includes up to three Rooms, five workspace members, and five connections per person. Each person can connect one account per app. Use web chat or a connected Slack workspace. Telegram and iMessage pause on Free and keep their connections for a later upgrade.
- Team supports unlimited Rooms, members and connections, with up to three accounts per app. The workspace can use Telegram and iMessage when connected.
- Business includes Team's features with more included credits and up to 50 connected accounts per app per person.
Free limits apply when you add more. If you already have more Rooms, members or connections when you move to Free, they stay in place. To add another, make room within that limit or choose a paid plan.
Trials, top-ups and older plans
Eligible new workspaces can start a card-free Team trial with a one-time grant of 10,000 credits for the workspace. Free, Team and Business support one-time credit top-ups.
Existing subscriptions keep their current price and renewal schedule unless the owner chooses a change. For older Team, Growth, Power, Max or Business subscriptions, check Older plan names.
How seats are counted
Paid plans count every active person in the workspace, including the owner and admins. Pending invitations do not add seats. Your monthly paid allowance is shared across the workspace.
A worked example
A six-person workspace on Team shares 60,000 credits each month. Its plan costs $120 per month on monthly billing or $1,152 per year on yearly billing, before any applicable taxes shown at checkout.
What to check
- You see an older name or a different price. Check the current plan and invoice in Settings → Plans & Billing. Use the amount shown for your subscription.
- You reached a Free limit. The message in the app names the limit and what you can do about it.
- You want to switch plans. The workspace owner can review the new price, cadence and effective date before confirming. See Change plan, update your card, or cancel.
