Workflows, Nodes & Exchange
The Node Library
Reuse pre-configured nodes across your workflows, kept private or shared company-wide.
The Node Library holds reusable, pre-configured nodes — building blocks you can reuse across workflows instead of rebuilding the same step each time. It's an admin surface.
A node carries a step's setup: its name, a short summary, its step type (Human, AI-assisted, AI Agent, or Automation), and the tools it uses.
Two kinds of nodes
The library is organized into two sections:
- Company library — the curated, "official" nodes, visible to everyone in your company. These are the building blocks your team is meant to reuse consistently.
- My nodes — an admin's own private nodes, visible only to that admin. Use these for personal drafts or patterns that aren't ready for wider use.
A private node stays visible only to the admin who created it. Company nodes are shared org-wide.
Curating the library
Admins keep the company library vetted through two actions:
- Make official — promote one of your private nodes into the company library so the whole team can see it. This is the deliberate step that keeps the shared library trustworthy.
- Remove — delete a node. You can remove your own private nodes; any admin can remove a company node.
Only admins can manage the Node Library. Members don't have their own node library.
