Managing billing

Update payment methods, view invoices, resubscribe, and check AI usage from Settings.

Billing lives under Settings → Billing. What you can do there depends on your role.

For admins

Admins manage billing from Settings → Billing. From that tab you can:

  • Manage billing — opens a secure billing portal to update your payment method, view invoices, and cancel.
  • Resubscribe — if the plan has ended, start a new subscription. Because the workspace has already used its free trial, resubscribing begins paid billing right away.
  • Start the free trial — for a brand-new workspace that hasn't subscribed yet.
  • Update billing when the workspace is read-only — if a payment failed or the trial lapsed, fix it here to restore the workspace.

Card details, invoices, and cancellation all live in the secure billing portal — the app hands those off rather than storing card details itself. Seats update automatically as people join or leave.

For members

Members have a Billing tab too, but it's view-only. Members can see the plan status and their own AI usage for the month; they can't change payment or seats. Billing changes are handled by an admin.

AI usage

Everyone can see their own AI allowance for the month under Settings → Billing. Each member has their own allowance, and it resets monthly. If you reach the limit, AI features pause for you until the next reset — your data stays fully visible, and you can contact us from that screen to keep going for the rest of the month.
