TalentOS Team pricing, monthly billing, the 14-day trial, and the one-trial-per-workspace rule.
The TalentOS Team plan is $29 per seat per month, billed monthly. There is one plan, and every workspace is on it.
The free trial
New workspaces start on a 14-day free trial with full access to every feature.
- A card is collected at checkout, before the trial starts.
- The trial converts to a paid plan automatically when it ends — your card is on file, so there's nothing else to do.
- If there is no valid payment method when the trial ends, the subscription cancels and the workspace goes read-only.
You can cancel any time before the trial ends and you won't be charged.
One trial per workspace
Each workspace gets one trial. If you cancel and come back later, resubscribing starts paid billing right away — there is no second free trial for the same workspace.
What counts as a seat
A seat is one active person in the workspace. Admins and members both count as seats, at the same price. Pending invitations are free until they're accepted. See How seats are counted for the details.
Your monthly total is simply your seat count times $29. Seat changes are prorated in both directions, so you only pay for the seats you actually have.
AI usage
Each member has a monthly AI allowance that covers AI-powered work like grading, generation, and research. It resets at the start of each month, and every member has their own allowance — one person's heavy use never eats into a teammate's. If a member reaches the limit, AI features pause for them until the next reset (they can still view everything), and you can get in touch to keep going that month. Everyone can see their own usage under Settings → Billing.
