Admin and member settings
The settings tabs available to members and admins, and what each one does.
Settings live in two places depending on your role. Members manage their own profile and account under the workspace. Admins manage the workspace itself from the admin area. The tabs below reflect what is in the product today.
Member settings
Members open settings from the workspace and see five tabs.
Profile
Your name, plus workspace-managed details.
Notifications
Where notification preferences will live.
Billing & access
Your plan, seats, and usage.
Account
Sign-in method and account actions.
Legal
Privacy Policy and Terms.
Profile
Edit your full name here. Your email, department, and role are shown but managed by your workspace, so they are read-only in this view. If no department is assigned to you yet, it shows as Not assigned.
Notifications
Per-notification preferences are not available yet. This tab shows a placeholder while those controls are built. In the meantime, essential account and billing emails are always sent.
Billing & access
Shows your plan, seats, and usage. For how seats and billing work, see How seats are counted and Managing billing.
Account
Review your sign-in method and the email tied to your account. From here you can open your account profile to change your password (only when your account uses a password) and sign out of your workspace. Account security is handled by the secure sign-in system, not by a custom form.
Legal
Links to the Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions, along with the effective date of the current version.
Admin settings
Admins open settings from the admin area and see four tabs.
Workspace
Workspace name and team structure.
Company profile
The context your workspace shares with AI.
Access
Who can reach the workspace, plus API access.
Billing & support
Plan, support, and legal links.
Workspace
Shows your workspace name — what your team sees across TalentOS — and a link into Team and departments, where you manage the directory, departments, invitations, and workspace tool visibility.
Company profile
The company context your workspace keeps: details like your description, size, industry, goals, tools, and pain points. This context helps tailor AI-assisted work to your business.
Access
Manage who can reach the workspace and how:
- People access — invite admins and members and review pending invitations.
- Departments — organize members and assign managers to the right work.
- API access — creating and revoking keys that read your published workflows from outside TalentOS is marked Coming.
Billing & support
Combines your plan with ways to get help:
- Billing — your plan, seats, and usage. See Managing billing.
- Support — email support, report a bug, suggest a feature, and join the community.
- Legal — the Privacy Policy and Terms.
Inviting teammates happens under Team and departments in admin settings. See Invite your team.
