Your first week as a member
What you see after accepting an invitation, and the short onboarding that gets you started.
If an admin invited you to a workspace, you'll get an email invitation. Accept it, create your account if you don't already have one, and you'll go through a short onboarding before landing on your home.
The short onboarding
Onboarding is a quick guided flow — a short conversation wrapped around a simple form — that captures a bit of context about you. You'll be asked for:
- your display name and job title
- the recurring tasks you do and the goals you're working toward
- a quick self-assessment: your strengths, your growth areas, and how comfortable you are with AI tools
Listing the tools you use is optional. You'll see read-only context about your company (and your department, once it's confirmed) alongside the questions, so you know who you're answering for. You review and save your answers yourself — nothing is filled in or finalized on your behalf.
If your workspace is still being set up by an admin, you may briefly land on a waiting screen until company setup is finished. Once it's ready, you'll be able to complete your onboarding.
What you'll find
- Your programs — the skill programs an admin has assigned to you, with your progress on each.
- Your workflows — the workflows that have been shared with you to run.
- Your settings — your profile and notification preferences.
You don't need to set anything else up to get started. Your admin has already placed you in a department and can assign programs and share workflows with you.
