Create your account and workspace
Sign up, set up your company, add a card to start the 14-day trial, and land in the admin workspace.
New admins start by creating an account and then a workspace. In TalentOS, the workspace is where your team, departments, programs, workflows, reviews, and billing all live.
After sign-up, TalentOS walks you through a short, guided company setup. It's a conversational flow wrapped around a simple form, so you review and confirm everything before it's saved — nothing is finalized on your behalf.
Company setup
The streamlined setup asks for your company website and industry. Your company name is carried over from your workspace name, so you don't re-enter it. You can add optional context — company size, business goals, pain points, and the tools your team uses — to make later recommendations sharper, but those extras never block you from finishing.
If you provide a website, TalentOS can read a few of your public pages and suggest a starting profile for you to edit and confirm. This is only a head start: suggestions are kept separate from your confirmed profile, and you can always fill everything in manually. Research never blocks setup.
Trial and checkout
New workspaces get a 14-day free trial. Adding a card is the required last step of setup — checkout collects a card before the trial starts. If there is no valid payment method when the trial ends, the subscription cancels instead of converting into an active paid workspace.
Each workspace gets one trial. If you cancel and come back later, resubscribing starts paid billing immediately — there's no second trial for the same workspace.
Your workspace only becomes fully active once the trial is set up. Until then, it stays in a limited state, and your team waits on the read-only side until setup is complete.
What happens next
Once setup is complete, you land in the admin workspace. From there you can create departments, invite teammates, assign programs, and share workflows.
